Jim Toman, Independent Insurance Agent
Jim Toman has been in the insurance business for 25 years. He started in 1984 with Allstate in Houston, TX, where he ran a very successful agency and was awarded Agent of the Year many times. In 2002, Jim sold his Houston Allstate agency and moved to Tyler where he purchased the Allstate agency located on Old Bullard Rd.
Jim sold the Tyler Allstate agency in 2007 and started a new independent agency so he could better serve his clients - by shopping more than one company's insurance products with the result of lowering the rates his clients were having to pay.
Jim is a member of the Tyler Chamber of Contact Club and the Fairway Business Builders Chapter of Business Network International. Jim and his wife Debbie, along with their son Cliff, worship at Colonial Hills Baptist Church in Tyler.
Debbie Blann, Office Manager
Debbie Blann moved to Tyler, Texas in 1985 from Stuttgart, Arkansas. She started her insurance career as a receptionist and progressed to Property & Casualty Licensed Customer Service Representative and Office Manager.
Debbie has a Commercial/Personal Lines Dual Designation license with IIAT.
Debbie has two daughters in school, the oldest at Tyler Junior College and the youngest at Winona High School.
